Good image and future plans, awesome coworkers, good benefits. Salary is okay for my experience, but from internal discussions I see a negative outlook. Especially longer employees regularly think about switching due to low salary.

- Take salary more seriously. Dynatrace is a great company and has good potential, but especially the last year has spread significant dissatisfaction about salary and adjustments in the Linz office.
