Dynatrace seams like a different world. I can't even compare it with one of my last companies I worked for. Dynatrace has a different level of work-life-balance and that's awesome. I am so proud to be a Dynatracer and never want to leave this company. NEVER!

I really love that we have so many internationals at Dynatrace. Every culture will be respected and welcomed.
What makes you most happy at work?
What I love most is the happiness already in the morning hours. No negative vibes around and being around people who also love their job.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
With the trainings we have way clearer conversations and no more misunderstandings. We can talk easier about problems and new goals. I thinks that's a great team work.
