I love to be a Dynatracer and I am proud of it! It's a great balance between private connections (sport buddies, groups of interest like boar games,...) and a very productive, challenging work-environment. It's like being part of something really meaningful :)

Variety of benefits, from insurance consulting, Dynatrace swags to private yoga lessons. Appreciate to receive 'support' in so many different areas.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You can reach out to anyone and will always receive support. Regular Feedback sessions help to improve. Appreciation on many levels. Leadership and Management is also doing a great job in communication and guidance.

Everyone in the team helps each other; Working Lunches are also great and give opportunity to have also private conversations; reaching out to colleagues and have working sessions with them is always highly productive AND fun
What makes you most happy at work?
Being connected with a great team and working on interesting and challenging topics. Having great conversations and productive meetings. Currently, it is also the flexibility of working hours (work-life-balance) and the feeling of having a safe workplace (that's not obviously in times of Covid)
