We work on having high-quality implementations, no-blame culture, everyone tries to make progress
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Adjust my compensation to the job I'm doing at once (it changed a lot after I was hired). Not giving out small incremental adjustments.
