I'm here for about 4 months right now, whole this time was exciting for me, but I felt in some moments that I was left alone, especially in onboarding time. I didn't get any mentor assigned to me, which I think was the biggest challenge for me. I think it should work better for me, but it's too late

they're very helpful, always open for new ideas, always ready to provide well oriented information. They're kind, they know how to keep good spirit in the team as well as atmosphere. You're here treated like an equal, despite of different roles they have (like senior, principal etc.)
