Although is not always 100% possible there's an effort to provide transparency

Not really a compensation package...but the time flexibility which allows me to have a better work-life balance.

Point one is being addressed. Regarding the compensation, the absence of a pension plan is a great worry.

We're constantly encouraged to find areas where to develop ourselves and do related courses or read books to enrich our knowledge

The ongoing feeling of learning something new every day and the good and safe atmosphere I can feel even when working remotely.
