I got made redundant during the pandemic and it felt like my life had stopped there and then. As they say everything happens for a reason and then I found Dynatrace. I just wish I had the balls to leave my last job and join sooner. This is, by far, the best job I have EVER had.

Everyone is really mature, there is no negativity. The belief in each other is not like anything I've seen elsewhere.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We support each other and pick each other up when we're having down days. We collaborate and innovate together and share knowledge to help people develop.
What makes you most happy at work?
From a working perspective, hitting my targets and being successful. From an informal perspective, the way we all get on as a team and our group chat - very important throughout lockdown.
