I love working at Dynatrace. I wouldn't want to work anywhere else. Not only is the work fun but the people are great too. I genuinely feel like I am making a difference for the company no matter how small or junior my role has been.

I think we are paid far higher than the industry average.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the work I do , it's really interesting an I learn something new everyday.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They always make me feel like I am an integral part to the success of our organization and that my work genuinely means something. Despite having grown enormously I never feel like just a number.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that we are all like minded people. It seems silly to say but I genuinely feel like there is a sense of family between us as colleagues . we don't just stick to our teams .
What are some of the best things about your team?
Dynatrace tends to hire like minded people, this means we all get on as a team as well as people. I really love the company culture and that shows through our teams. Everyone wants each other to succeed and it makes such a difference knowing we are all in this together and respect each other.
