understanding the boundaries between personal life and professional life! We are working far too many hours with no recognition. I dont ask for money, I ask for not having the workload of 3 persons
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
correct understanding of the processes and the definition or URGENT. This is not a peak of work, Working from home and the lockdowns are driving people mad, no one respects work hours and we have too much workload on our plates, me and my team at least
