Training is fast and rigorous and the day-to-day can be as well but most of my peers were in the same boat, so there is a real sense of camaraderie with everyone I work with.

I like that leadership is at least somewhat aware of what happens on the ground (interactions with customers)

Expectations are high, but the expectation that you take advantage of your resources and benefits to take care of yourself is reassuring
