What are some of the best things about your team?
Everybody in Dynatrace is super nice and friendly, willing to help you, regardless of their position on the company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Proximity, it is easy to talk directly with any of the leadership members. Also, they are very good recognizing their employees and giving them credit
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Dynatrace is doing it great on benefits and compensation, but still there is window for improvements: child care helps, gym memberships... The compensation compared with the competence is lower, making some employees reconsider moving to other companies
What do you like best about the leadership team?
While I know the leadership team is actively working on this, the compensation could be still improved to be adequate to the offers in the market. Everybody that I know that have left Dynatrace, was just based on a better salary offered by the new employer.
