My team is collaborative and focuses on the best interest of the customer while balancing company needs.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Executive leadership team has showed significant improvements in employee investment (benefits, trainings, etc.) and large increase in transparency when disseminating information down to employees.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I have been underpaid compared to market value throughout my 3-year Dynatrace tenure, even though I have consistently received strong performance marks. I would like for leadership to raise my pay when I bring data to back up my claim, and not say that there is nothing they can do.
