So thankful it is a job I applied for. I could not be happier to work for Dynatrace and really feel as part of the family here. I have only thrived Quarter on Quarter here due to the level of support, and interest that my managers take in me! Look forward to the next few years!

What is the best part about your compensation package?
There are always different incentives going on, which means more earning potential. Healthcare and dental care is so important especially for those who would prefer to go private. The commission structure is great and keeps you motivated to achieve the most.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is not a micromanaging one, we are all trusted to do our part, and the incentives ensure that we are constantly racing to the top. There is support where ever you look, and everyone is friendly & approachable; if you're having an unsuccessful week you're able to say so.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone is friendly, not just surface friendly, but genuine! I feel confident that I could approach them, speak with them, and they would care about what I've got to say. They're focused on making Dynatrace the best place to work and throughout the last year, the new hires have all been great!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is of a similar mindset and so the culture is the same. Everyone is supportive of each other, always looking to help where they can, everyone is funny and we can all have a laugh together. I do not believe that anyone would feel out of place within this team! AMAZING!
