I don't feel as a company we are paying our employees to the market. Other companies pay much more for many roles.

We are able to get things done and make decisions even if we don't have the best guidance on how to do so.

Everyone works together to get the job at hand done and they know how to laugh while doing so. There are stressful times but leaning on each other helps us get through.
