Everyone's really cool and have interesting stories to tell. We're all very different people but all passionate about Dynatrace and our contribution to it.

Everyone leads by example. There are no expectations put on you that aren't already demonstrated by everyone else around you. This can bring a huge boost of motivation to smash your objectives.
