What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that our local leadership team meets regularly and discusses current projects, what needs improvement as well as things we are doing well. We discuss clear goals for both short term as well as long range.

This place is treated as a frat house to senior management, while not caring about the lives of the "average" worker. We minimize home life balance, which is what I was promised when I made the decision to leave my former company to come here.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Being salary, I love the flexibility it provides. Especially having young children.

The healthcare is good, and the pay is decent. I took a cut to come here with promise of a work life balance, to which I was lied to regarding that. But the pay to workload is fair.

For the amount of people i manage and my workoad my salary is not at industry standard bor is it competivw im my area

I think there are athletes here that carry titles and levels not appropriate to what they have earned, both good and bad. Some are lower than they should be and many are higher than they should be. This carries with it higher pay and pay caps. I feel some were not fairly evaluated for all jobs done.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communication is the biggest issue at Fanatics. Both between leadership with one another and between leadership and those they are supervising. Everyone is kept in the dark about everything, and it makes people not trust leadership. And if they get no explanation, then they'll just make stuff up.

Follow the same SOPs and rules. No exceptions. Everyone is on the same page that way

The culture here is pretty varied with several cultures, races and orientations represented. We also continuously strive for improvement in all areas. I don't think we are quite where we need to be yet, but we are working towards it every day.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Take the cap off our pay, have events, holiday party's. some chairs for the ppl that have to stand at a computer for 8 in 10 hours should be able to rotate from sitting and standing in one spot for a long period of time as long as they getting the job done staying on tasks and meeting production

Find a GM, manager ,supervisors and team leads that care about they employees in treat them all the same in with respect no favoritism

The general lack of improvement to actual work processes. Feel that higher leadership give us tasks to complete, then we find a way to make that work then get shot down and told to do it another way constantly.

Quality control is bad. People feel under paid and under appreciated, so they just don't care about the work. Exploitative capitalism is destroying us all.

More development opportunities, and freedom for Managers to be able to develop staff and book or request a budget for team building exercises. A more serious view on overtime and promoting a healthy work life balance. Visibility on where you are benchmarked against the pay scale when reviewed.
