Setting priorities. For every Ford+ Directive there are 20+ LL2 goals and then over 100 supportive projects. We have way more priorities and we have resources to support them

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
An higher salary. I was brought in at $32,000 less than the maximum salary for my GSR level.

As an employee that's been with the company for almost 10 years, I think compensation needs to re-evaluated based on today's salary expectations and better benefits are needed. Insurance options have gotten worse in my opinion. We don't have many incentives for employees.

I am able to work mostly independently and meet or exceed all my objectives and have been working for Ford for 30+ years. LL6 who are appointed now are offered higher and more market-related salaries
