Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Economic context of the country isn't positive and the compensation package is falling behind the inflation rates and cost of living, it would be best to have a reviewed compensation package taking into consideration the economy and it's dynamics.

What did you like most about the interview process?
During the interview process, the recruiters do not make personality tests or something like that, they genuinely care about getting to know the other person, there is an unbiased evaluation, and they valued the importance of diversity.
