What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm a direct seller and the commission plan is well thought out to align with company goals but also provides for significant upside if I exceed my individual goals

The best part of the compensation plan is the insurance plan. Indico covers 90% of employee insurance and 60% of spouse/dependent insurance.

The culture of Indico and the pace of the work make me happy. Managers and peers take an interest in you that goes deeper than just an employee or co-worker. The pace is quick which makes the work/day go back fast and you're continuously learning something new.
