Clearer roadmaps of what we are focused on as a company. It feels like we are all over the place and we can't put enough resources behind what we are currently doing, but they keep adding more to our plates. We never seem to have a solid plan in place before we rush into new products or services.

With the amount of collaboration I have with my account teams and peers, sometimes I do feel like I'm undervalued as far as compensation. With my role in the company I do feel like I should be compensated more since I feel I play a big role in keeping accounts/clients supported and valued.

People take work seriously, but not OTT - my last job was with a US based team, where apart from two people, their job was their lives - it was another tech company and they acted as if we were saving lives gathering data for Meta. IAS thinks its work is important, but wants us to have lives too

The amount of information to be aware of can be overwhelming, which is not the issue. Its the unrealistic timeline as to when the material should be obsorbed and put into action. I am a very visual learner, so after reading the material i may not comprehend everything and i feel i'm being punished
