Interactions is the best place I've ever worked. I've gotten opportunities here that I never would have gotten at other places. The company catered well to introverts and neurodiverse types in the distant past, and while things have changed a bit, I have no plans to leave. I'm comfortable here.

I enjoy my work and I love my team and manager, but I don't think the company is setting us up for success and the employees and our clients suffer for it. Whether the company can afford merit increases or not, they should do COLA increases every year to account for inflation. If you can't afford to do that, you can't afford to run a business. Like tipping for a meal.

I personally feel there could be a little more patience and consideration for others' time. Everyone seems to want or sometimes even demand immediate attention without considering they are not the only person asking for my time or that I may have critical tasks I would like to focus on.

Hire people with actual skills, and don't be afraid to fire those who bring nothing to the table. Avoid having teams where one person is doing the work of everyone else and are being overworked.
