Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I dont have any stock or equity or benefits we dont even get our employee discount sometimes But the pay was alright

I dont have a problem wirh most of my coworkers. I only have a problem with kate. I feel that if she fixed her attitude then we would all be able to run the resturant more smoothly.

That I let it be known my GOAL is to become MGR

The interview was like 10 minutes and they asked 4 questions and hired me on the spot

The stores failed 2 health tests and customers complain about the quality of their food all the time

Not enough workers but not because there arent enough hired. They chose to send people home when its busy out the door so they can save money therefore people wait over an hour for a sandwhich. Thats ridiculous. Youre losing money ding dong
