My shifts make double sometimes triple the business the morning shifts make and we get no help! I also get paid the same amount of money who just stands there during the day when i non stop working at night with minimal help

Less drug usage and more hours given to store regaurdless of time of season we work in rockwall it is a buay store especially at night we need staff actual age appropriate staff 18+ people who can actual do stuff like dough and oven

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Our gm either leaves early or doesnt come back after saying she will be back. When someone calls out we are down a person never any coverage. Also everyone else can request for a week off and get it everytime i ask for a requested day off im sceduled to work

Team members, all stars (trainers), and floor captains should all be treated with AND show each other respect. This shouldn't be a suggestion, but a requirement.
