What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Environment Reviews

The TSS work schedule. Working 12 days in a row after your weekend is a bit much. There is no disconnect time or down time. Need to be offered time off in the middle of the following week. Burn out and tension is a result. You are tired and there is no work/life balance.
