Yes i feel cery under valued because i come in there and do the best i can each and everyday. I get compliments from customers but never from our managers except or cost manager. They will talk about the bad before the good.

Our store opened almost 10 months ago and we NEVER had a TEAM meeting. Bringing back Team Meetings would help. Our GM needs better communication. He will start saying something to you then either say Never Mind and walk a way or say nothing and walk away in mid sentence. We need a strong leader.

New managers to give the interview, privacy during the interview, and new interview questions. Most of the questions I was asked were ridiculous to ask. No one knows where they will see themselves in 5 years.

Closing management does not adhere to cleaning procedures. Morning rush is terrible due to dining area a total mess almost every day.

Our franchise manager is picking the wrong people to manage our store. Theyre not considering our availabilities or schedules or personal lives. Some of our managers are creepy ans perverted and our franchise manager doesnt do anything about our complaints. Our store is unorganized and disgusting.

Remember your employees and managers have lives outside of work and be conscious of that when building a schedual. Respect goes both ways but managers are the back bone of everything and need to set a better example. Standards need to be put in place and followed.
