Not be a bunch of yes men who think giving an employee a .05 cent raise after 3 years is good policy.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am paid nightly, and weekly.

We are paid a decent amount in store however for drivers on the road it is a little less than appealing.

Tips, there is no limit on tips, I can make from $100-$500 a night if there's enough pizza delivery

To be paid minimum wage when the store grosses over a million dollars.

was underpaid and mistreated, was over worked for only 8.25 an hour and was truly not worth it.

Because of the high delivery fee, drivers often don't get tipped. I'd like to see more mileage compensation to make up for this.

my cowokers i love so much because no matter how much are gm degrades all of us we all work hard and are there for eachother the onl reason i havent left are because of my coworkers if they werent there theres no possible way i would stay there dealing with that gm

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
To be honest, there is nothing positive. After 10 years I make less than minimum wage. Ten years ago I made $1.50 more per hour than minimum wage.

They need to be sued and fined for daily breaking tipped wage earners laws and for forcing employees to claim tips not earned.
