Planning to treat peope worh respect, great schedules, grea product that you can be proud of, decent benefits for all

1) they need to learn how to speak and treat their employees 2) Respect and appreciate the people working for them 3) Do not punish those that did not do anything wrong 4) They need to treat the people working for them better

Doing their part and stop expecting extras from doing your job. Stop leaving things for others to do bc when you fail to do your part i can not do mine at 100%
