Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not paid well enough for my skill set and the bonus component of my CTC never matched my expectation. Giving 13-14% percent salary hike on promotion was not expected.

Seems company does not care much about the tenured employees. There is no policy to benchmark compensation package across different teams and skill sets.
