They seem friendly, but being everything is over zoom and remote, it is hard to say.

This is a difficult time because we are being trained remotely due to COVID. I know my supervisors are doing their best and they get back to us as quickly as possible.

The interview process was specific and precise. Each person I spoke with was familiar with my resume and experience. There were situational questions to really dig deep into my experience, work ethic, problem solving and overall client management.
