Rockwell Automation: RA have been lagging the market in terms of salaries. The work life balance is not present. There should be more transparency with the employees.
Luxoft: Each project has its own characteristics, various tasks, distributed in different cities and countries. Interaction is mostly email + hangouts as needed. Requirements for knowledge of English also differ depending on the project, but some internal trainings and mailings are only in English

Others they make rules that dont make since or priortize things that make other jobs take longer than they should and yell at you for not getting in all done when it could have been done if approached differntly. Planograms arent always to size either. Lately its gives anxiety.

Stanford University: My overall experience has been very positive with a lot of willing input from the outside. I feel whenever I speak up or ask, someone is always happy to help. I have never worked somewhere before where the idea of excellence is so practiced as it is here. That is empowering.

There are store/stores that need up dating and furnishings to work better. Corporate needs to visit stores in Madison, Al & Decatur Al.
Jo-Ann Stores: The managers dont listen, are very disrespectful, and lie about flexibility with hours

UPS: UPS saved me and gave me purpose. As a disabled Vet, the structure, values,,and opportunities provided help me fit in and have purpose. Its so great I brought my son on who us thriving as driver and has been working here for 7 years. Benefits and health insurance are great.

GE Renewable Energy: The recruiters were extremely positive and helpful even though I didn't get the job. I was crushed since it was my dream job, but the recruiter took the time to talk to me and encourage me to continue searching through the GE career site.
Bob Evans: Management plays favorites We are always short staffed and your expected to do the job of 3 or 4 people. That way they keep labor down and their bonuses up. They overwork the staff they have because they can't keep help due to unfair treatment

Spectrum: Micromanagement is the way of this company. If something is broken, they don't care. It's all about numbers for them.
DXC Technology: I might be a newcomer but my current position seems to be on verge of being overtaken by modernization and automation. And on top of that I don't see a lot of room for Reskilling and I don't have the required time in the company to change positions so I have to stick with what I have for now.
LexisNexis Legal & Professional: I've had a chance to grow and upskill. I've worked with some great managers. Tech innovation is highly encouraged. Broader investment in upskilling all staff, not just tech teams, in AI technologies would be good.
LexisNexis Legal & Professional: I've had a strong career growth over the years here but sometimes the pace of restructures can be a little alarming. There seems to be at least one major restructure every year. This can be unsettling for teams as they get into a cadence of working only to be disrupted.

I'm a driven person that needs to work hard for my mental health, but I also don't get to take off as much time as I should due to either my inability to get my team better around me, or a workload that asks too much. I say the former because of accountability.

Aramark: Service is skipped frequently at approx. one clean delivery every six weeks. We are contractually bound to pay weekly in which they always charge our credit card without servicing. Calling to complain or request credits doesn't result in anything positive to correct the issue. We are ignored.

Overall, working in a global organisation our working hours can be long and I think salaries are on the low side but we do have great benefits.
Caseys General Stores: I've been disrespected 3 times by management and staff, a coworker is manipulating management to make me do her job on top of my own as she eats food in the back and takes too frequent of smoke breaks. 2 an hour minimum and no I'm not exaggerating.

Target: Working as a flex member can be very stressful and very physically demanding as well, I feel as a flex member we should be paid better because we are doing a lot more work than other positions and we are the only position thats under a timelimit.

Waste Connections: I was hired on by someone I knew, and really enjoyed it and the freedom and support everyone gave me to do my absolute best. I was able to move up in the company recently and I am so thankful for my management team believing in me and pushing me to do my best.
Dillard's: They laid me off after 3 years saying that i am races and verbal anlong with blaming me for not keeping staff and an employee sumiting fals acusations against me and they did not beleve me

Burger King: its fun but most of my teammates hang in the office and vape but other than that its the customers that make my day "fun"
