UnitedHealth Group: I like what I do and who I do it will. They offered many growth opportunities. However I didn't negotiate well at all and would like a raise.
Academy Sports & Outdoors: Sometimes things are stretched to the limits, now the facemask policy is over the top. I 68 yrs old breathing used air can make you just as sick .

HCA Healthcare: It has great potential to be a very positive part of the community. However, I feel that the level of profit that leaves the community to the corporate level is disappointing. Investment in the local area is non-existent for a business that cleared 78$ million in 2019. Meaningful investment needed

Boston Consulting Group: BCG is an awesome place to work - it's challenging, filled with great opportunities, and interesting people. The challenges are often positive, but can also be one of the more tiring parts of the job as well to strive for excellence. On balance it's worth it!

Adobe: it's a great company with great benefits, but as a woman, don't expect to be promoted into a leadership role. At 25% today for Dir+ level for woman vs men, a goal of raising it 5% in 5 yrs is just embarrassing and demoralizing.
BCD Travel: It's been a great experience. Overall, the company "cares" and genuinely tries to do right by its people.

Adobe: I believe we have made progress in updating my payment progress since the acquisition of Marketo, however, I was brought in under level to what I should have been hired at for compensation.There should be more flexibility for management to provide additional SPOT bonuses
USAA: I feel like I need to pinch myself every day I come into work. We are so lucky at USAA to have the benefits and culture that we do on top of meaningful work with a purpose.
Pfizer: For the most part it is a fantastic place to work. Like any place you work at there are pros and cons. Right now the biggest con is our director has us so overwhelmingly understaffed that we are forced to work many hours of mandatory overtime which is burning out the few people left working.

BP: bpx is a great org and strives to be an innovative onshore operator. Where they fall short is believing they are smarter or more capable than they actually are so they bite off more than they can chew and rarely see projects through to completion. Most fall way short of the intention.
