Syncro: There have been ups and downs like any company. We are at a place where we need to focus on maturing the company to take the next step which would help with the frustrations I have. We need to better define clear ownership of parts of the business and get away from everyone doing everything.

The company lacks integrity and values in its conduct and evaluation of candidates, and further seeks to mask it through standardization of the procedure.

drchrono: Where do I start! Compared to Next Gen's Patient portal Dr Chrono portal is severely lacking. No way to add Procedural consent forms. I could go on & on. Super frustrated customer

Hometap: I've been at Hometap since January and I have enjoyed every moment of it. Everyone is friendly and is willing to help. I hope it stays this way as we scale, but the sales organization as a whole is well run from the top down, which is why I think we're having so much success.
CB Insights: Lots of politics. Low pay. Product is a nice to have for customers, making it very hard to work for our customers.

While I do feel heard most of the time, I feel like there are still things that need to be addressed, like workloads, retirement investment plans, and unlimited vacation.

CARL ZEISS: This is the worst place I have ever worked, The co-workers and team leader are very abusive. I have experience the worst discrimination. If your superiors does not like you, you will be forced to leave. It is a very toxic environment. Almost everyone in the lab are related.

Sherwood Design Engineers: People are extremely kind, smart and care about the mission. As a smaller company, it has its challenges. For a civil engineer, though, it's one of the only real opportunities to have a tangible impact on the environment through your every day work.
Dolls Kill: I like how they always have drops that appeal to anyone, of all prices and offer afterpay/klarna to ones who can't afford an entire purchase in one go :)
Biote: this company can have a very toxic environment, but it's the people who work here that make it all worthwhile.

AspireHR: Great experience with the people. Overall, most employees are overextended with their current workload which likely impacts the end result our customers receive. I'm excited about the new AspireHR products and services that limit the RIF risks if a lull in the sales cycle were to occur.
AspireHR: Haven't been here long, but so far so good. I am hoping to be able to work a little less each day than I currently do but realize it's still ramp up.
SynergySuite: One of the most open company's I have worked for. Every day when I go into work I have the chance to see/ talk to all of the upper management. The environment feels very transparent and the people/ environment at work is great.

Forgetting about the Customer facing employees that built the trust, relationships and loyalty of their customer base. Caps employee loyalty by low pay only compensated by costly benefits.
Biote: Everyone seems very willing (and able) to persevere and stay focused. There is a confidence and level of professionalism that I appreciate. Integrity does appear to be at the core of everyone's willingness and hard work. Looking forward a consistency in communication once we make the transitition.
Osmo: Games glitch out and its now claiming that with the new update none of the 6 bases we have will work with it.. so there's $400 down the drain for some paper weights. Everybody knows that you never change the product after mass production and cause everyone with the old hardware to not be able to use
Grindr: Overall - working at Grindr has been the best professional experience in my career. It is great to work for a company that is supporting the queer community and allows me to work in tech.
Forter: Forter is in the right market (digital commerce is thriving) with differentiated technology and fanatical, blue-chip customers. It's a company with a lot of substance, driven by clear values and growing in a healthy, sustainable way.
