What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Creating a clear product strategy and giving teams enough time to properly plan and execute that strategy. There is a lot of fear in the VP level of disagreement with Execs - that breeds inefficiency and uncertainty at the lower levels

Communicating big picture strategy. We hear about overall goals but then see key employees being replaced in areas we hear we're focused on. So much great talent pushed out in the last few years and so much KNOWLEDGE lost with them. Feels counter-productive and a likely source of lacking sales.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
DTO, flexibility, and hybrid model

Bonus structure is good when the targets are achievable. The LTIP program is also nice.

I think I make a competitive wage and I like that my bonus is at 10% of my salary. Of course I would love to make more and have higher bonuses, but the current state is satisfactory.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been taking on additional challenges each year and my pay has barely moved. Bonuses are nice, but a bump in base pay would make me feel valued.

We're pushed into our direct reports ratings. Limited on who we can give 'exceeds' to and who gets how much of an overall % of a raise. Often based on who got what the year before. I hate having to pick who gets an exceeds when I have multiple highly performing employees.

This year is the first time in about 4 years that my pay rate has seen an increase, and it's very tiny. In the face of rising housing costs, rising grocery costs, rising everything costs, it doesn't feel like it'll help that much.

Adjusted for inflation, my TC is down 50% from 2018 when we had RSUs. An equity position / RSU equivalent shared with a larger part of the organization is needed.

My compensation is below competitive market salaries. I do feel like the benefits are good - the discretionary time off and some amount of schedule flexibility are really big assets. There is a lot of autonomy and ability to affect the business, which is what has made up for the compensation so far.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Outsourced coworkers are now the majority of my coworkers and are not at the same skill or business sophistication level as the people they replaced. Timezone differences are also a challenge. Status meetings are mostly tense and the overall tone testy.

Not all coworkers follow suit of the poor leadership team some are afraid to speak up in fear of losing their jobs.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
95% of the leadership team onthe shift I work need to be replaced by individuals that really value their work ethics and the company core values by upholdi their professional standards , Harrassment in the workplace needs to be taken more seriously . Ive even filed a compaint that went NOWHERE!

The hiring manager recognized right away that I was overqualified for the position that I was applying for it and he treated me with that respect offering me options of different positions that needed to be filled. I appreciated that recognition

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Maybe if the overall goal was to keep the employees that come in through a vendor like Staffmark and Addeco they would get :retain employees that value their work ethic and professional advancement rather than people getting high in breaks and lunches or those that leave the site unannounced.

its an open environment and while I am not close to anyone, I feel relaxed and happy it is a positive workplace so I can focus on my job.
