What do you like best about the leadership team?
Fantastic leadership! Always eager to hear and share new ideas and definitely eager to embrace new ideas. Transparent and great with feedback. My leadership, in particular, does a wonderful job of praising jobs well done and encouraging us to think "bigger".

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits are excellent, unlimited PTO that you can actually use and paid volunteer time.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is not equal with the market value. In addition, there were compensation enhancements communicated but never were delivered on

I have recently found out that I am underpaid (significantly) compared to my counterparts (men). I understand this is being resolved but it hasn't come to fruition yet. When I make the same as my counterparts, I will feel better.

Sales attainment is unrealistic for the time frame given. I understand we need stretch goals but supporting teams cannot control the outcomes of that stretch and end up making less than they would at another company with a proven track record of attainment.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Amazingly accomplished group! All highly qualified and fantastic at what we do. Embrace ideas and we work extremely well together in coming up with better, smarter, bigger ways to do things. Phenomenal support both in work and in general stress of day to day work life.
