What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great benefits, and unlimited PTO.

The base salary is the best part. The bonus can be great when we achieve the full bonus pool, but the guaranteed salary and unlimited PTO are competitive and critical.

Compensation is extremely well-priced and is measured constantly to ensure that we are meeting expectations. Compensation also allows top-performing individuals to earn more which is very motivating.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued by the lack of firm boundaries around working hours. I feel the analyst position is significantly underpaid, and this is evident when compared to competitors.

A good company culture is encouraged before an individual even joins Tegus. Throughout the interview process, it is very apparent that Tegus employees are proud to work here and want A++ individuals who will positively impact the culture. The energy and enthusiasm to succeed is contagious.

The company works very hard to maintain the culture it had back as a start-up. I started at the company when it was under 80 employees and the culture is still incredibly strong at 400+. The company provides many opportunities for meeting new people, after-hour events, etc.

There was a sample project as the final interview, and this project is exactly the job function of the role I applied to.

I enjoyed getting to know individuals at different levels of the company. I think it's pretty rare to have a call with the CEO of a company prior to joining.
