I feel like the company should have someone that maintains the bathrooms specifically rather than having the hostesses clean them. I have had customers tell me you all are touching our menus and seating us and you all have been cleaning bathrooms?

Paid 2.13/hour Other companies are paying their tipped staff more. We are the highest grossing restaurant in our state and are not paid/valued accordingly. Most of our support and management level leave for other companies that pay more.

All management cares about it profit and sales. This makes for a terrible work environment. Managers force sick employees. Servers will get sat four tables at once and instead of offering help, managers ask the server to run food and show tables.

The kitchen quality has recently gone down and that has caused the guests to complain a lot more and it can be incredibly embarrassing and frustrating when your guest thinks you did something wrong but in reality the kitchen made it wrong or someone ran it to the table wrong but did not care.
