What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are wholly invested in doing the right thing for the company, the employees, and our clients. They are strong leaders who hold high standards, but also lead with empathy and compassion.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Many rush decisions are made and forcing onto employees with unnecessary and high stress.

The current leadership team has no vision. They constantly throw their asks out from their sandbox to put pressures on employees, and when it doesn't turn out well (how could it turn out well since they don't know what they are doing?!) they pivot to another plan and repeat the vicious cycles.

This company is so lost. The vision and the mission is unclear, and the work pressure comes from the egotistic leadership team who doesn't seem to understand who we are and what we do.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is unfortunately terrible and our commissions have changed over and over with leadership changes.

The benefits are still somewhat good, but the pay has not adjusted unless you are a new hire. We are significantly undervalued but we are also worried about our jobs with the rounds of layoffs this year.

Poor and inconsistent communications. There are many misfires among cross functioning teams.
