telling about my director and manager 1. Old employees are dominant to the new employees. 2. They are asking hourly based daily activity tracker. 3. Working more than 11 hrs everyday, even though cant make them happy. 4. Baseless feedbacks are like false allegations. 5. No team bonding,just work etc

I make 20k less than new hires in the same position. I have worked in this role for 3 years and with the company for 7.

All of these are lacking or non-existent at Trimble: Market rate salary. Market rate benefits. Market rate RSUs. Market rate bonuses. Number of paid holidays. Wellness spending accounts. Personal and mental health days. Full-time remote-work options. Employee appreciation events.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I have moved into more than a handful of jobs in the past 5+ years. I've been passed off to the next manager with no formal evaluation to take with me to the next job. Positive feedback with constructive criticism is a basic element of managing and promoting my career growth. I feel stuck.
