
Most people want what's best for the customer.
They do communicate a lot.
Our team really has each other's backs and will jump in and help whenever needed.
I think that for the most part I'm paid fairly and have been given opportunities to get raises when merited.
We are having major product issues that have eroded customer trust. Decisions and roll-outs seem to happen without proper planning and communication. We need to improve the product and when launching something new, we need to make sure that all stakeholders are involved from the beginning.
