Work life integration. It is no longer acceptable to think a parent can parent like they don't work or work like they don't parent. Flexibility is key.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are like a family and we support each other through it all. Work is more than half your life, you should do it with people you vibe with, people that trust you and people that support you.
