The challenge of finding solutions to complex problems, be they technical or human. I also believe in this company very much.

The best thing is not the material things but what I can do and carry out in everyday life in the company.

The 180 degree cultural change that started around two years ago: and reorientation and focus in human being/employee which matter, and that customers matter too

The team, the innovative work, and last but not least the support direct or indirect to our customers and their happiness when problems are solved or avoided in advance

The global and positive spirit that prevails in my opinion. The believe and trust on what Trimble Technologie, what it does represent and what it does in the real world!

The company has always been exemplary in upholding ethics and making employees feel comfortable, not to mention the highly complex technology we deal with daily. I feel supported, and that affects me.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In my current position I am payed ok, I am however looking for higher position where I think I could better help trimble to reach the goals and that fits better my current profile.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't want to be stingy nor I am not affected, however I think our company leader should rethink the TOP bonus target for the "Not Eligible" colleagues. we should think about motivating every single colleague, as my TOP compensation motivates me :)

The new spirit of of the L-team: - Transparency towards employees - Clear messages about our company goals - healthier and more human way how the employees are treated. - reachability of the Upper management - the new strategies on employee career plan - the frequent request for feedback
