The company has treated me well and given me many opportunities overall. However, over the recent years I have felt losing my ability to make an impact and to grow. Being in middle management it is very hard to progress as Trimble had removed much of the layers between middle and senior/executive.
Great people and lots to learn
My coworkers and my team.
DEI initiatives, work arrangement flexibility, and transparent bonus plan
ESPP options that are available
People I work with and the customers we serve
Strong team members who are all experts in their field
Competent people who are motivated and willing to work together to achieve a common goal.
The people. There are very competent people who care about the industries and customers we serve.
Clear strategy with connect and scale that has been consistent. That doesn't always flow down to the middle management layer but I do feel executive level it is clear.
Trimble is historically underpaying versus other industry competitors. While pay isn't everything, for top performing employees, it can be a make or break decision to leave. For example, I received the top rating in my performance reviews yet I have received a lower than inflation merit compensation
