Our leadership team is a group of passionate and innovative individuals that care very much about the company mission and also the employees. The leaders are very empowering in their approach and I believe they are transparent and trustworthy!

It's truly the whole package, pay and benefits are good, equity options are a nice perk. I consider the culture to be part of my compensation package, working with great people in a supportive environment, where internal mobility and professional development are a priority!

If you are working hard and engaged, people are very accepting of incorporating family obligations and the need for time off /down time. I also appreciate the passion behind DEI and creating a culture where everyone can belong and express their own unique ideas thus driving innovation.
