The 1-1 with our director. It's not everyday that you get to interview with the lead director at such a large company. It meant alot to me.

The leadership team is so humble and transparent. They are down to earth and no matter who you are will always take the time to get to know you and say hi.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that it's about quality of your work, not how quickly you can get it done. I appreciate the passion everyone has for their work, and the innovation people bring each day. There is a lot of opportunity to grow in your career and you are encouraged to grow the way you want to.
