They do seem to view the company as a collective of people and make those people feel valued in the work that they're doing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The market has had such a dramatic shift and people are being paid higher sums and the salaries of the current employees are not keeping up with those external hires.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like when I get to positively inspire someone at work. When I know that the advice or coaching I provided actually helped them see a new perspective on their problem.
