I think it is comparable and very fair. I am curious about the 401k cap. That's a new concept for me.
This is a hard one to answer, actually. So I'll say, that I am remote and have good tools to support the work I do.
Unless I was under a rock, I doubt it, I've never worked for a company that had such a focus on and record of internal transfers, movement and promotion. Again, it speaks to a level of respect to the current workforce that sometimes feels absent at other places.
So far, the transparency. I've worked for a lot of companies, never had so much communication pushed out to me on such a regular basis. This for me represents a level of respect for the employee's that I don't think some other organization really understand what that can mean.
