We stand in for each other, there is no prestige in who is doing what just make it happen, we communicate well, we have good backup of our manager.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Market standard for this position in SupplyChain is plus 10% -15% on comparable other job offers. This is balanced though thanks to a very good team spirit at Trimble, for the moment. Bring back some individual/team bonus system and/or consider market salary.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is friendly to each other and welcoming new colleagues. High number of colleagues from different countries. And local management finally realized that allowing people work from home is very beneficial for Trimble and not leading to people just being lazy, on the contrary.
