I learn new things every day about my work team and we exchange knowledge of the sales culture at TTL
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Inclusion of the LGBT community, the GAY culture at Trimble is very inclusive. Its my first time im open my sexuality and i Love it
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The Employee Savings Fund, but we only have that in Mexico. We do not have presentations for employees, I depend on the office in Brazil, they have many benefits and Mexico NOT
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are very diverse and inclusive, until now they give the support so that the culture that they have in TTL Brazil is the same as the one that begins in Mexico.
