As I am growing in my role, I have been offered many external roles with a better salary, but I love the people I work with and the culture.

The ability to do what I do best and be challenged to learn and grow every day. Having a genuinely supportive leadership team makes my job a pleasure to work at everyday.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Rob has made a substantial commitment to DEI work and made it vitally important for POC to grow and advance at Trimble. Without his commitment and dedication to DEI, I would not be at Trimble.
