What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate the transparency of communication. Both positive and negative information is shared to provide me with a full perspective.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The interest in my career aspirations. I am being prompted to think about where I want to evolve my career within Trimble.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My experience and degrees (2 Masters) did not afford my the top offering for my position. I was brought onboard at the lowest pay.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy the collaborations through out my division and Trimble as a whole. I also enjoy the opportunities to meet new people through ERN's (employee resource networks).
